My career began in corporate HR at The Jacobsen Group/Interliant, where I was exposed to the full life cycle of a company from rapid expansion through M&A to dissolution. As an HRIS consultant I built a recruiting app to help our HR team scale the rapidly growing organization. Later in my career I served as a trusted advisor to leadership at Workscape/ADP, supporting more than 400 employees across technical, call center, and global operations. Since then, I’ve expanded my impact through board leadership, policy development, and organizational change management—helping both businesses, nonprofits and volunteer groups thrive in times of transformation.
